Another match on BT Sport, another day where there is a torrent of abuse aimed at Michael Owen for his commentary.
It seems like every time the former Liverpool and Manchester United striker pics up a microphone he sparks outrage for his commentary, but this time United fans acted angrier than we have previously seen, in particular for his comments while Bastian Schweinsteiger was reciving treatment for an injury.
Owen seemed to blame the German's decision to shoot for the injury, and called his actions "almost suicidal" despite it being fairly obvious that both players simply went in hard to try and win the ball at the edge of the area. It is apparent that the sheer amount of words spoken by Owen in such a short time has bothered many as well.
