48 seconds was all it took for Herb Dean to step in and call an end to a striking masterclass that Ronda had absolutely no answer for. Not only does this catapult Nunes into inevitably mainstream stardom, but there will be serious questions asked over the future of Rousey.
It was flawless by Nunes, and absolutely devastating, in a manner that made the fanfare over Ronda's return while barely giving Nunes a mention look rather ridiculous.
