Has everyone missed this, or are there more important things in life.
Picture this, a wealthy media mogul from Dublin reaches deep into his hand-sewn pockets at the start of the Morgan Kelly sponsored recession and hands over enough cash to John Delaney and his cohorts so that they can get a proper manager to take care of the Irish football team post Staunton.
Now picture this picture becoming even murkier, wealthy media conglomerate owning Dubliner has a friend, a rich friend from Macroon in Cork, a friend he holds dear and can rely on. Well this friend is a keen Celtic fan and according to his wikipedia entry ""is probably most famous for being a major shareholder in Celtic F.C.".
Now this picture seems fine, but then it emerges that the proper manager whom is being paid by the rich media mogul from Dublin was offered a job at Celtic, despite being under the employ of Ireland, Ireland
Republic of Ireland.
Does this mean that the the Corkman and the Dubliner are not so close anymore?
