It's never a good sign for a golfer when he drops his club on his own head. Nor is it good when he breaks his club. Or when he gets disqualified.
Zac Blair had it all in one go at the Wells Fargo championship by hitting his putter against his head, bending it - and being disqualified as a result because he used the now de-conformed club.
Fortunately for us, Blair was a great sport about it - tweeting out the moment he bent the putter on his head in frustration.

Blair then cemented his hero status with his reactions, including a customary golf apology, how his friends reacted, and reassuring fans his head was alright:

A friend just called and asked if I really "broke my putter and javelin tossed the pin across the green" 😂⛳️🏌#BlownOutOfProportion
