Anyone in interested in street performance, health and wellness, or even anyone looking for a fun place to spend a few hours with their family or friends this weekend should mentally bookmark the City Spectacular festival which will take place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday in beautiful Merrion Square. The festival is sponsored by Laya Healthcare and is a great option for anyone looking for some good, clean fun this weekend.
The biggest highlight from a sports fan perspective is probably a live recording of Karl Henry's Real Heath podcast on Sunday with Ireland and Leinster's Johnny Sexton.

On top of that, there'll be a tonne of the world's best street performers and amazing food. There'll also some brilliant family-centric fitness activities - from family yoga to family zumba. James Patrice will MC the fun. 150,000 people are expected to attend across the weekend.
