Take Leicester Tigers for example. Under the tutelage of ex All Black Aaron Mauger the European giants have delighted crowds this season. Part of that is the emergence of young hooker Harry Thacker. Thacker is a future England international, but there are times on the pitch when he thinks he's Sonny Bill Williams.
