After such a hectic summer transfer window, which clubs have actually gotten value for their spending?
We've seen a number of high-profile examples struggle to adapt to their new surroundings, or old surroundings in the case of Paul Pogba, but a bedding in period is to be expected when one player leaves a setup they had become used to and joins a new one...
Or at least that is what is said anytime a new signing doesn't meet the required standards.
The following players laugh in the face of that suggestion as they have hit the ground running and have already won over the fans with their performances, making the decision to sign them look a very smart one indeed.
Sadio Mané - Liverpool

Many Liverpool fans are happy to admit that they were wrong about Sadio Mane, as all summer long the talk was about how Liverpool badly overspent on a player who was too hit and miss at Southampton.
Instead, Mané looks like the very player Liverpool were missing and has quickly set about terrorising Premier League defenders while playing under Jurgen Klopp. Those who didn't lose their cool over the transfer fee suggested that he may be an ideal player for Klopp's system, as they appear to have been proven right.
Mané looks outstanding for Liverpool, a perfect fit.
Raphaël Guerreiro - Borussia Dortmund

After such an impressive Euro 2016 for Portugal full-back Guerreiro, some suggested that Dortmund had made one of the signings of the summer by taking the former Lorient player to Germany, and that idea looks valid considering how well he has performed so far.
In fact, he is playing so well that Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel doesn't want to play him at full-back anymore, because he's too good to be limited to that position.
Arkadiusz Milik - Napoli

Replacing Gonzalo Higuain looked an impossible task after the new Juve man bagged a record-breaking 36 Serie A goals last season, but along with Jose Callejon stepping up, new boy Arkadiusz Milik has hit the ground running with four goals in his last two appearances.
Milik has been performing well for Poland for a couple of years, but in making the step up from Ajax to Napoli he has shown that he has much more room to grow and could prove to be an excellent signing.
Idrissa Gueye - Everton

Everton fans have been pleasantly surprised by what looks to be an absolute snip at £7m.
Last year at Aston Villa, Idrissa Gueye clearly snuck under the radar in a team that got battered every week, but he is now receiving heaps of praise as he has been simply fantastic in blue so far.
A dynamic midfielder, 'Gana' has showed an eye for a pass as well as tancity in the tackle.
Samuel Umtiti - Barcelona

Barca made the decision to wrap up the signing of Umtiti before Euro 2016 kicked off, and it was a wise move as the former Lyon man broke into the French team that made it to the final.
However, those at Barca who sanctioned the deal did not expect him to fit in as quickly as he has, which we know from Luis Enrique's comments on his new man:
o be honest I am surprised by Umtiti's quick adaption. His is as a position where the club have always had handicaps. He has surprised me, it's only four or five games but he looks like he has been playing for the club for a while.
Kamil Glik - AS Monaco

Less surprising is the impact that Polish powerhouse Kamil Glik has had on AS Monaco.
After a strong season with Torino in Italy, Glik was massive for Poland in France and was quickly snapped up by Monaco, where he has helped his new club to an unbeaten start with four wins and one draw from their opening five league games, to go along with an away win over Spurs in Wembley in the Champions League.
