There were 3 Irish athletes competing in finals on day 5 of the Paralympic Swimming World Championships in Glasgow day, and two more in the heats, and they all did their country proud.
We saw Nicole Turner in the SM6 Women’s 200m Individual Medley, Ellen Keane in the S9 Women’s 100m Butterfly, and finally James Scalley in the S5 Men's 50m Freestyle, as well as Ailbhe Kelly and Jonathan McGrath in their qualifying heats.
