UPDATE: Last month we posted designs of what Manchester United's new jersey for the 2016/17 season looked like, but the first image of the actual jersey itself has now surfaced, and the rumoured design looks to be confirmed.

The football gear detectives over at FootyHeadlines.com have got their hands on images that they believe are the design for Manchester United's new jersey for next season, and considering their reliability and the fact that the design goes along with what has been released for Euro 2016, it looks like a good bet.
It had been believed that United would be paying a tribute to 'Newton Heath' with their next jersey, and this apparently is what Adidas have come up with:
What's the verdict, Manchester United fans?
It makes you wonder if they away kit will also be a nod to Newton Heath, as it's just begging for the green/yellow halfs, but it looks decent, and certainly could have been worse.
