Tottenham Hotspur crashed out of the Champions League on Tuesday night as they lost 2-1 away to AS Monaco.
After drawing level through a Harry Kane penalty early in the second half, Spurs appeared to have given themselves a chance to salvage their Champions League season, but after the hosts scored directly from kick-off, it was clear that it wouldn't be their night.
In the TV3 studio, Graeme Souness and Keith Andrews were tasked with the post-mortem, and they both agreed that Spurs were missing something that they had last season.
Souness suggested that Pochettino is working his players too hard, and had a bark at Tommy Martin for cutting him off despite seemingly finishing his point, but then Andrews used a rather questionable word to explain what Spurs were lacking.
Spunk?
Those watching on TV3 were unsure as to whether or not he really said it, but one look at twitter would have confirmed just that.
Did Keith Andrews just use "spunk" as an adjective?

He also described the Tottenham defending as 'mannequin challenge stuff', but most will have missed that after taking out their phones and heading straight to twitter for after spunk-gate.
Brian Kerr once used the word 'jizz' to describe... Oh wow, that was Tottenham too!?
Weird.
