The Galway half-forward's post-match interview was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Championship thus far.
It was a frank discussion with Joanne Cantwell in which he told the RTÉ reporter that the belief that Galway only have one forward is 'fuckin' bullshit'.
Come Glynn's Man of the Match interview, he was akin to a bull who'd just had his equipment removed. The spark and rawness was gone, replaced with some cliche.
Maybe he received a phone call from his mother asking him not to swear on national TV again.
A more likely hypothesis is that he underwent some swift media training in the intervening time.
