Irish Rugby is in mourning on this Tuesday evening.
An icon is dead. John Muldoon ruthlessly cut through his face just like his Connacht team ripped apart Leinster in the PRO12 final. The once majestic beard that adorned the Connacht warrior's face is no more.

As you can tell, we're heart-broken:

This isn't the first time he's done this either either. Muldoon has a history of growing a magical beard in November - so much so that he was our inaugural beard bracket winner- before going baby faced in December.
