The headline itself is a reflection of where football is in 2016.
After Bastian Schweinsteiger's brother Tobi, the most high-profile brother in World football in the eyes of Manchester United fans is Theo Griezmann, brother of Atletico striker Antoine.
Theo is a big Manchester United fan, so much so that his bro has a soft spot for the club, but while in the real world that will have very little effect on Antoine's future, on twitter it's pretty much a certainty that the Frenchman will soon be strutting his stuff at Old Trafford.
Glory glory Man united ! ????
— Théo Griezmann (@TheoGriezmann) April 17, 2016
There's the tweet in question, as generic as they come.
The fact that it was tweeted a good day after Manchester United defeated Aston Villa is seemingly enough to move it away from a random outburst of pride in one's team, and into the realm of cryptic transfer news.
Despite the fact that Atletico Madrid are now level with Barca at the top of La Liga with a handful of games remaining, and have just eliminated the Catalan club to claim a spot in the Champions League semi-finals, the fact that his brother is a United fan is enough for some to believe that Griezmann will ditch Simeone and move to a club that will, most likely, be playing in the Europa League next season.
Take this as a precautionary tale; If you see any Griezmann to United rumours in the coming weeks, take them with the heartiest pinch of salt.
@theogriezmann Give us Griezmann, we'll give you Van Gaal + Lingard and Fellaini

As seen with Schweinsteiger, having a family member love Manchester United can pull on the heartstrings if a deal is on the table, however, there needs to be an actual deal on the table.
Considering the level of hapiness Griezmann has with his current situation, and the off-putting uncertainty that will likely cause many of Manchester United's summer transfer targets to turn their nose up at a deal, this is one transfer that is very unlikely to happen.
Especially if Mourinho takes over, the sheer size and notoriety of Manchester United gives them the ability to pull in talent that a club with such erratic results on the pitch over the last few years shouldn't be able to, but you would have to imagine that players who are happy and starting at clubs in the latter stages of the Champions League are still out of reach, for now.
