This month's "ESPN: The Magazine" has been dubbed "The Music Issue". As part of that they've got various US sports stars to recreate 'classic' album covers.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman took time out from being sacked to pose with a tiger to recreate Michael Jackson's "Thriller" cover;
The cover most likely to be searched by teenage boys though is Alex Morgan, star of the US women's 'soccer' team, as Katy Perry. Here's the 'behind the scenes footage;

Maybe the most striking image though isnt an athlete dressed as a music star, but rather impersonating the baby from the cover of Nirvana's "Nevermind" album. Here's Olympic gold medallist Ryan Lochte;
