Ireland 37. Wales 27. A bizarre scoreline for a bizarre match. Ireland dominated for long stretches but every fan in a green shirt at the Aviva was bricking it with 80 minutes played, as Wales went in search of a score that could equalise the match. Jacob Stockdale's late try put a nice gloss on the match but the truth is, Wales looked potent throughout.
One of the selection calls that the Welsh media will focus on over the off week was Warren Gatland's choice to bring Dan Biggar at out-half after Rhys Patchell's meh performance against England. Bigger hurt his shoulder a month ago in a Champions Cup game for the Ospreys but was thrown into the heat of the Six Nations today. Many fans watching on social media wondered if Biggar was fully fit. But many more were upset with his constant gesticulating in the direction of referee Glen Jackson.
Biggar's histrionics seemed to cost Wales a try in the second half, as Biggar flailed his arms in protest while being tackled in the air by Stockdale. Biggar duly fumbled the ball and Ireland moved the ball down the pitch for their third try.
Throughout the match, Irish, Welsh and English fans watching at home were united, however tentatively, in disgust at Biggar's constant chirping at the referee.

That try for Ireland came from Biggar complaining to ref, and in the process he spilt the ball. Just play the bloody game and let the ref do his job!!
