Pic: Ben Ross Posts Instagram Pic After This Horrible Arm Snap

You may remember the horrific arm break on Australia's Footy Show after former Rugby union and league star Wendell Sailor snapped Ben Ross' arm in half during an arm wrestle.

It was fairly audible and vomit-inducing, and completely accidental, and now Ross has posted a picture of his arm and the x-ray after the incident on instagram:

Finally got to see the fractures, plates, screws and scar that will be with me for life... Gotta take positives out of every negative!
