Make no mistake about it, Belgium are one of the most dangerous teams at Euro 2016.
Every Irish fan knows deep down that Ireland are going to win the whole thing, so rather than focus on how the likes of Toby Alderweireld, Romelu Lukaku, and Radja Nainggolan have had fantastic seasons so far and look legitimately frightening... We thought we'd do the opposite.
When they were drawn in Ireland's group for this summer's tournament, many started rattling off the Belgian players they fear, but some of them have not shown the form to back up those feelings.
The Belgium Euro 2016 squad will feature all of the following, and compared to this time last year, it's not quite as scary as it seems.
Eden Hazard
What has become of the reigning PFA Premier League player of the year?
In a dip of form not seen since Charles Barkley and the other NBA superstars had their talent stolen by the Monstars in 'Space Jam', Hazard has contributed a measly one goal and four assists in the blue of Chelsea this season.
He's struggled with injuries, and appeared to be weighed down by his role in the Eva Carneiro drama, but he looks a shadow of the player that utterly destroyed Premier League defenses almost single-handedly last season.
Thibaut Courtois
After suffering a frustrating injury that caused him to miss a large chunk of the first half of the season, Chelsea's big Belgian stopper has not looked the same since.
We're at a point now when Chelsea fan forums are arguing whether Asmir Begovic should be starting in goal for their club, due to Courtois blunders (including one which resulted in a Shane Long goal by the way), and the impressive form the Bosnian international showed during Mourinho's troubles.
This time last year he was in the discussion for FIFPro World XI alongside Manuel Neuer. Today he is coming under increasing pressure to keep his spot at Chelsea.
Vincent Kompany
In 2014/15, Big Vinny Kompany had a number of injury issues and played a total of 2024 minutes in the Premier League.
So far this season, the Man City captain has had a nightmare with injuries, clocking only 1089 minutes of league football. With another injury ravaged season under his belt, Kompany's preparations for Euro 2016 have not gone to plan at all, and he will enter the tournament almost certainly lacking in match practise.
That's good news for us, even though it remains to be seen if that will bother him at all.
Christian Benteke
His performances in the second half of the season for Aston Villa were enough to draw links to clubs all over Europe and even Manchester United, but it was Liverpool who stumped up the £32.5 million to sign him.
What a poor decision that was.
The big man has been completely devoid of confidence, and just this weekend was given a public telling off from his manager Jurgen Klopp due to his inability to bury the chances that come his way. A completely different Beneteke to this time last year.
Marouane Fellaini
Many football fans, and especially Manchester United fans, seem to have forgotten the substantial role that Marouane Fellaini played in Man Utd's strong end to last season, as he found goals, assists, and a big overall contribution in a three-man midfield.
Now? He has more elbows to the faces of opponents than he does completed passes, he's getting beaten in the air by Joe Allen, and Manchester United fans are sick of the sight of his name in the match-day squad.
Another one who has seen his confidence taking a battering, we may not be looking forward to the big Fella planting one on Glenn Whelan's nose, but we're not exactly quaking in our boots.
COYBIG!
