Alexis Sanchez is a notable absentee on Manchester United's preseason tour of the United States after the Chilean's tax problems have stopped him from getting a visa.
Sanchez accepted a 16 month suspended jail sentence in February for tax fraud in Spain and under American law, no one found guilty of fraud can be granted a visa to enter the country.
There is a process whereby the midfielder can apply for a scheme that will allow him to travel with his club on the tour, but that process is taking longer than expected.
United start their pre-season tour of the US against Mexican side Club America on Friday (kick-off is at 03:00am for all you die hard Red Devils).
Jose Mourinho's men will then play a further friendly against Major League Soccer side San Jose Earthquakes before facing AC Milan, Liverpool and Real Madrid in the International Champions Cup tournament.
