It's easy for us, we've been dealing with these names all our live. For the writers at Buzzfeed though, it was likely their first encounter with Tadhg, Roisín, Caoimhe and the rest. They tried valiantly to pronounce them, but failed miserably.
This was a typical response upon first viewing a something with a fada in it.
