Two days removed from his fight with #10 ranked featherweight Denis Siver, Conor McGregor has had the World #3 Ricardo Lamas call him out, sort of. The American, has put together a full seven minute long video parody of McGregor, or "The Delirious" Conrad McGillicutty, as Lamas names the character in the video.
In it, Lamas runs through what he reckons a typical day is for Conor, from getting up in a bed full of tissues through to an evening gym session in which he choses a 70-year old to spar with. While the video is light-hearted, it does contain a dig at Conor and the UFC at the end. It's not the first time he has had a cut at McGregor, previously calling him a clown during an impression.
With McGregor due a title shot should he win his Sunday night fight, it would appear that Lamas is upset that his lower-ranked opponent is being given a chance above himself. However Lamas has himself previously lost to Aldo, making the point somewhat irrelevant. Unfortunately the two are not likely to fight each other in the near future, a grudge-fight we'd love to see.
