There's no doubt that the star of recent months has been Joe Exotic. Tiger King has been a massive success, catapulting the former zoo owner into megastardom.
He may currently find himself behind bars, but we have a feeling he will remain in the public consciousness for some time to come.
Of course this wasn't the first time Exotic had appeared on television. He was a part of Louis Theroux's Americas Most Dangerous Pets documentary almost ten years ago, well before he would become involved in the plot that would land him in prison.
Speaking on The Graham Norton Show, Theroux said he has one regret over his time spent at the GW Zoo, believing he should have delved deeper into exactly how Exotic's polygamous lifestyle worked.
I knew him before he was famous. I spent the best part of a week with him for a documentary I did in 2011 called America's Most Dangerous Pets.
He was back then as he is now... He was still running a zoo. He had, I think, 150 tigers and back then he also had two husbands.
One of the husbands was the same and one of the husbands was a different husband. If i have any regrets, it's that I didn't talk to him more about that.
The only thing he said at the time was that 'when we're gonna get it on, it's either all of us involved, or it doesn't happen'.
He had a rules of engagement for three-person love making.
