The killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis has spawned days and days of protest, all over the world. Today, in Hyde Park in London, thousands of people gathered to demand an end to institutional racism.
One of the people who spoke was actor John Boyega, who's best known for his role in the new Star Wars films.
Boyega spoke through a megaphone and delivered an impassioned and emotional address to the crowd.
We are a physical representation of our support for George Floyd.
"We are a physical representation of our support for Sandra Bland. We are a physical representation of our support for Trayvon Martin.
"We are a physical representation of our support for Stephen Lawrence."
I'm speaking to you from my heart. Look, I don't know if I'm going to have a career after this, but f*** that.
Boyega had been actively calling out racists on his Twitter feed over the past week.
John Boyega shouldn't even have to think about the possibility of his career being ruined because he is speaking out against racism, and then white celebrities that 'struggle to find the words' get praised.
