Music, like all art, is subjective. Humans can't be expected to conform to liking one form of music, we're too singular as a species.
However, the people at The Pudding have devised a robot that is cutting in its review of your Spotify.
New project! We built an A.I. bot that mercilessly judges your taste in music on Spotify. See how your data stacks up against millions of indicators of objectively good music, including Pitchfork reviews and record store recommendations https://t.co/YPtUjKUNE6

The robot sifts through your Spotify listening habits, as well as your top artists and songs, and comes to a quite harsh conclusion on your taste in music.
Prepare for some damning remarks on your favourite artists. However, be safe in the knowledge that it's a robot saying these things and that, until they take over the world, they can't hurt you (physically at least).
Certain people on Twitter were taken aback by the AI's feedback on their Spotify:
Okay, this Spotify AI really has it out for me. (In the most upsettingly fair way imaginable.) pic.twitter.com/XAcxlbF5F8

You know what, that robot doesn't understand that sometimes you need to listen to Shakira on repeat, it's human nature.
You can try it for yourself here.
