RTÉ have produced some brilliant dramas over the past decade or so. Love/Hate was of course the most successful, but the likes of Raw, Pure Mule, and Dublin Murders were all hugely popular.
This one was certainly amongst the best of them.
The Fall was first broadcast on RTÉ and BBC in 2013, going on to have three massively successful seasons. Set in Belfast, the show concentrated on the lives of two people: one is serial killer, the other a female detective sent from London Metropolitan Police to help local police to catch him.
The show, starring Gillian Anderson (of the X-Files and Sex Education) and Jamie Dornan (of 50 Shades of Grey and The Siege of Jadotville), follows the investigation as they attempt to catch the killer, who is leading a double life.
You can watch the trailer for the first season below, with all three seasons available on Netflix from tomorrow, Saturday August 1st.
The Fall had been released on Netflix outside of Ireland and the UK as early as 2013, but this is the first time it has been added to the site in this part of the world.
For those of you who haven't seen it, we couldn't recommend it enough.
