Finally!
Great news for those of us who've already binged the entire seven seasons of Parks and Recreation, all five years of Friday Night Lights and are fast running out of peak Simpsons years during this lockdown. Another old classic will be available to watch very very soon, and it's absolutely free.
All 4, Channel 4's online player, which you can sign up to for absolutely free and isn't ruined by the same annoying geoblocking as the BBC iPlayer will have all nine seasons (182 episodes!) of Scrubs available to watch on demand from May 1st.
We're massive fans of the cult hospital sitcom here on the Rewind (take our impossible Scrubs quiz here) and are looking forward to reuniting with JD, Turk, Elliot, Carla, Dr. Cox and the crew.
If you haven't watched it yet, now is a great time to binge a catch up.
Scrubs centres on the life (and internal monologues) of Dr. John Dorian (JD) in his life as an intern, and later resident doctor, at Sacred Heart Hospital. A surrealist comedy with real heart, Scrubs was unique in its day, and while some would argue it lost its way slightly in later years, it did provide at least six seasons of truly top quality television.
For those of you about to visit Sacred Heart for the first time, we envy you.
