We're back with another dose of movie recommendations after trawling through the TV listings so you don't have to.
Tonight's line-up is definitely not as great as previous days but nonethless there are definitely a few flicks that will pass the time. We've got two spy thrillers, released 52 years apart, a futuristic sci-fi action flick and one of the greatest movies of all time.
Thunderball: ITV 4, 8pm
Year: 1965
Cast: Sean Connery, Adolfo Celi, Claudine Auger
Plot: James Bond goes in search of two NATO atomic bombs that have been stolen by Spectre. It's borderline top five James Bond movies ever and its boat fight scene in the closing stages is worth watching for alone. God bless 1960s special effects.

Demolition Man: TCM Movies, 9pm
Year: 1993
Cast: Sylvester Stallone, Wesley Snipes, Sandra Bullock
Plot: Just your run-of-the-mill cop gets cryogenically frozen in the mid-90s only to be brought back in 2032 to capture the villian who caused him to end up frozen in the first place. With added Sandra Bullock, Rob Schneider and Jack Black.

Atomic Blonde: Film 4, 9pm
Year: 2017
Cast: Charlize Theron, James McAvoy, John Goodman
Plot: Directed by John Wick director producer David Leitch - who also went on to direct Deadpool 2 - this 2017 thriller received some positive reviews upon its release. Charlize Theron plays a MI6 spy who is charged with retrieving a stolen list of names of intelligence agents as the Cold War draws to a close.

Year: 1994
Cast: John Travolta, Uma Thurman, Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis
Plot: Yes, we know we highlighted this when it was on at the start of the week but it's impossible to not mention it again, given it's easily the best movie on television tonight...
The lives of two mob hitmen, a boxer, a gangster and his wife, and a pair of diner bandits intertwine in four tales of violence and redemption. (IMDB)
