After receiving an Emmy nomination this week for his role as Connell in Normal People, 2020 continues to be a belting year for Irish actor Paul Mescal.
Having represented Kildare at minor and U21 level, the actor would be familiar with the big stage but Mescal was drawn to a very different stage recently alongside Dermot Kennedy.
The duo played a one-off live performance with Kennedy's full band at the Natural History Museum in London on Thursday night.
Due to social restrictions, the concert was broadcast live without an audience but Mescal has some decent singing chops.
Afterward, Kennedy took to Twitter to say: "Thank you for tonight guys, honestly. It really means the world to me. Thank you for supporting all of this."
A short clip of the duo singing together can be seen here, take a look.
