We could all use a good TV show to binge at the moment. We're not sure about you, but we have been getting through a sick amount of shows and movies over the last few weeks, with very little else available to keep ourselves occupied in the evenings.
That means that many of us are constantly on the lookout for a new show to watch, and this 90s classic could be a good shout.
Oz was first released in 1997, having a six season run on HBO. Many label is as the catalyst for the incredible shows the network would release in the proceeding years, including the likes of The Sopranos and The Wire.
The show follows a group of inmates and officers at Oswald State Correctional Facility, a prison where they often use some methods that are quite different to other similar facilities.
You can watch a trailer for the show below.
It is described as:
Inmates and correctional officers inside the Oswald State Correctional Facility, nicknamed "Oz," battle for power and survival amid warring factions and explosive acts of retribution.
Much of the show takes place in Emerald City, an experimental unit in the facility that tries to emphasise rehabilitation and learning responsibility while being incarcerated.
If you were interested in giving it a go, and we would recommend that you do, the whole thing has just been added to NOW TV.
Don't take our word for it, listen to Blindboy himself.
Series 1 to 6 of OZ just got added to Now TV. I cannot recommend it enough. It's the originator of classic HBO boxset TV, before the Sopranos. It's a gritty prison drama with a Beckett air of absurdity. Truly brilliant.

You can't argue with that.
