The Toy Show has the ability to bring a tear to even the driest of eyes and, despite this year being a bit light on the emotions, the final surprise of the night really set off the nation's waterworks.
Earlier in the show, Emmie, who was celebrating her 12th birthday told Ryan all about her love for the Irish Women's Football Team and their success in qualifying for the World Cup in Australia. Afterwards, the Dubliner did a comedy set for the audience, joking that she even heard there was a men's team now.
👏👏 Well done Emmie!

After her quality set, Emmie got a special message from none other than Mrs. Brown herself, Brendan O'Carroll, who complimented her on her stand-up routine. It was all very sweet, and we thought that would be the last we would see of Emmie on the night.
However, as Ryan always has on Toy Show night, there was a final surprise in store. After the break, Emmie re-joined the presenter on stage and got an incredible shock when not one, but nine members of the Irish Women's Football Team, including captain Katie McCabe came on stage to wish her a happy birthday.
The emotional moment was capped off by Tubridy announcing that Emmie and her family were going to join the team in Australia to the World Cup and even take part in a training session with them. There wasn't a dry eye in the studio, we can tell you that.
It was a beautiful moment to cap off what was a quality Toy Show and an amazing year for women's football in this country of ours. Absolute legends.
Reactions like Emmie's are what it's all about. This is just the BEST telly. A young Irish girl following her comedy and football dreams ❤️ #LateLateToyShow pic.twitter.com/DwW5URiqki
