As the country continues to take measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, many people have taken the decision to stay in their homes in order to lower the risk of catching the virus.
Public gathering of over 100 people in indoor settings have been banned by the Government, and while there is no requirement for businesses to shut their doors at this time, many have taken the decision to do so in the interest of public health.
A number of pubs around the country have opted to close for the coming weeks, receiving many plaudits in the process. It is not an easy decision to make, with these establishments set to miss out on sizeable earnings as a result.
Below is a list of pubs in Dublin that have decided to close their doors.

Many other pubs around the country have adopted a similar philosophy. When this situation does blow over, make sure to support those who took the responsible decision in the interest of the country.
