Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson's hotly anticipated upcoming reunion on film The Banshees of Inisherin is mere days away, and the Irish pair appeared on Friday's Late Late Show to promote the film.
The Martin McDonagh film releases on Friday October 21 and stars Farrell and Gleeson alongside fellow Irish stars Kerry Condon, Pat Shortt, and Barry Keoghan.
Gleeson hosted last week's episode of Saturday Night Live, where Farrell made a brief cameo appearance. This week, it was Farrell's time to shine, as he shared a hilarious story about Barry Keoghan's rather unpleasant habits on set - revolving entirely around crunchy nut cereal.
Colin Farrell shares story from Banshees set
14 years after In Bruges, Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson are set to star on film together once again in the upcoming Banshees of Inisherin. Starring alongside the pair is Dubliner Barry Keoghan, who also worked with Farrell on this year's The Batman.
Keoghan lived with Farrell for the duration of filming on Banshees, and Farrell took issue with his...cereal-eating habits.
“I just want a bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes!” 😂
He loves you really @BarryKeoghan 👀

Speaking with Ryan Tubridy on the Late Late Show on Friday, Colin Farrell said that he came into the kitchen at his home one day to find a messy scene after Keoghan had finished his breakfast - with a very Irish ending:
I'd give him batings! Ah, I love Barry. He did eat my crunchy nut cornflakes...
He lived with me during the film. I'd come in in the morning and the fuckin' place was like raccoons had been in there! I'm not joking you, there was one morning I came in and - excuse my French - it was like a piss take. There was a carton of milk, and the carton of milk was on its side and was empty, but there was a lovely puddle of milk right on the floor.
It was like somebody said, 'how can we piss him off? Right, put the milk on its side, put a puddle on the floor, get the cereal, have some soggy little bits of flakes at the bottom - let that be the last of it.'
So I saw the milk, I saw the bowl, and the plastic thing that the cornflakes are in - he had emptied the cornflakes and put the plastic bag back in the box!
It was one of those things where you say 'I'm not asking for much!' This isn't about an actor who's demanding private jets or any of that shite, I just want a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes!
Friday also saw the premiere of the film in Dublin's Lighthouse Cinema.
Farrell and Gleeson appeared on the red carpet with director Martin McDonagh, while Bono even made a surprise appearance.
