WWE superstar and Irishwoman Becky Lynch has shown us that she is much more than just a tough girl in the ring, with a new clip of her performance in the NBC TV show 'Young Rock'.
The show is based upon the life of professional wrestler and actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and Lynch's cameo sees her star as pop icon Cyndi Lauper.
Lauper is widely known for her single 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun', but is also known for tunes such as 'Time After Time' and 'True Colors.'
The clip from the show sees Becky Lynch dolled up as Lauper, while producing an impressive attempt at her New York accent.
Lynch even took to social media to thank her dialect coach Courtney Young.
“Special shout out to @courtney_ly for working with me tirelessly to scrape away the brogue and bring Cyndis very distinct voice to life!” Lynch posted."
WWE Star Becky Lynch x Cyndi Lauper
I first met the icon, Cyndi Lauper at a WrestleMania party when I was 12yrs old. She was so kind and made me feel like a million bucks.
Huge thank you and props to my good friend @BeckyLynchWWE for taking me back to this unforgettable moment on tonight’s show. #YoungRock https://t.co/Ktc4o8jRhI— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) November 5, 2022

Becky Lynch spoke recently about becoming a mother, and her first child she has had with her husband and fellow WWE superstar Seth Rollins.
"I felt no pressure to come back before I was ready. I was ready a lot longer than they asked me to come back.
"They're very understanding when I need extra things, whether it be a room at a particular building for my baby. We have the privilege of having a bus, which helps an awful lot and makes her sleep a lot better with the rumbling."
"For me, I feel very supported and very privileged that I'm in the position that I am that I can balance the two quite handily. Travelling every week with a toddler can get a bit tough, she's great."
