Rob Lipsett will be remembered for being one of the first influencers on the fitness scene in Ireland, but he provided us with a golden moment almost five years ago now.
The famed bodybuilder has grown a following of over 1 million people between his Instagram page and YouTube channel which opened the door for many to follow a similar career.
When he first rose to the top of internet stardom, Lipsett was heavily involved with fitness brand MyProtein and took part in a shoot for them in England.
In one of his YouTube daily vlogs in April of 2017, he travelled to the stadium of the Super League side Warrington Wolves to talk about his rugby past and fitness history.
"A lot you will know this, but rugby was what got me into the weights room first ever. I wanted to get big for rugby. It's something that I played for six years, if not more," he said.
"It's a sport that I still love to this day. So I can't wait to get kitted out, get back on the pitch, get back in that atmosphere and see how I do."

Lipsett was put through a few tests on the rugby field and underwent a questions and answers session on his rugby past in school and afterward.
"I started playing rugby for Clongowes Wood College. It's a school that I went to. It's one of the best rugby schools in the entire country, he said.
"I was on the Senior Cup panel. I didn't make the starting team, but we were so good, we won the cup that year. I was just delighted to be on the squad and play with some amazing people."
He then talks about 'kangaroo court' which was a game the Clongowes school folk would play on trips abroad, which involved pranks and ended up in him eating a tin of cat food.
Lipsett's Infamous Try
But when Lipsett was asked about his favourite rugby story, we were treated to an overly-enthused dramatic adaptation of scoring a try down in Cork and the rest is history.
The story starts at about 3:50 of the video below:
When I was playing down in Cork. I forget the exact team, it could have been Cork Con, I think it was. But basically, I caught the ball in our 22, and I sidestepped a couple of people, started running the pitch and when it came to me and the fullback to go in for the try, the fullback went in and tackled me and he slipped. It was just really funny. Ended up scoring an absolute banger of a try. When I touched the ball down I like, kicked it up in the air, and I go 'that is what happens when you take pre-workout before a game!' I was off my head.
The streets will never forget that infamous story, and most of us wish we were able to witness it in person.
