Netflix giveth and Netflix taketh away. It's the story of our lives. While some great films have popped up on the streaming service over the last month, we recently said goodbye to Line of Duty and we're going to be bidding adieu to a few famous films in the next three or four days. Here's a list of some quality movies disappearing from Netflix.
Sadly, the legendary film Happy Gilmore is about to leave our Netflix lives for good. The film follows ice hockey goon Happy Gilmore through an unlikely career on the PGA circuit and features incredible cameos from the likes of Bob Barker and Rob Schneider. It's Sandman at his best and probably is Sandler's best ever movie. You've obviously seen it before but this lockdown is the perfect opportunity to watch it again.
Also saying goodbye on Netflix soon is another 90s classic The Fugitive. This film follows one man, Dr Richard Kimball, on his obsessive quest to prove his innocence for the murder of his wife. It's tense and enthralling and features Tommy Lee Jones at his very best. This is genuinely one of the best American movies of the decade and if you've somehow missed it, we highly recommend you watch it before it disappears.
Finally, we're very sad to Jaws leave. One of the best films of all time, hands down.
If you've had these films on the long finger, act now and watch them today.
