About seven years ago, I did a Kinesiology test to try find out why I had a lack of energy. The test involved lying on my back, while a woman placed food samples on my neck and tried to push my arm down. She deduced from the test that I was intolerant to wheat, dairy, orange food colourings, and cat hairs.
I kind of dismissed the whole experience as cods-wallop. That was until last month when I read a piece about Novak Djokovic and how he has based his success on a new diet he started after ... wait for it ... a Kinesiology test showed that he was intolerant to wheat and dairy.
So I've been doing a bit more research into his daily routine, and low and behold I came across this nugget in a Wall Street Journal article:
*Mark runs off to try this for himself.*
