Today, they have acquired video of what sparked the incident. During the 11th game of the final set with it tied at five games each, Wawrinka becomes upset with some noise coming from the crowd, saying "Not just before the serve." A voice can be heard responding from the crowd calling the Swiss player a "cry baby". The Telegraph say that it is the voice of Rodger Federer's wife, Mirka. Wawrinka goes on to ask his opponent, "What did she say?"

During the post-match press conference, Wawrinka, who lost the match, was asked about what had upset him. He was unwilling to give anything away.

Not much. Nothing special. Tense match. It's never easy.
