Ronnie O'Sullivan is up against Mark Selby in the semi-final of this year's Northern Ireland Open.
Kicking proceedings off this afternoon, the 'Jester from Leicester' Selby raced out to a perfect start in the opening frame.
Amassing a healthy total, O'Sullivan did have an opportunity to try and turn things around. With little or nothing apparent on offer, however, one struggled to see how he could manufacture a pot.
Not dismayed, Ronnie O'Sullivan eyed up an improbable four-ball plant. Needless to say, he only went and potted it.
One of the most bizarre plants you will see..😉

In the end, even this effort was not sufficient to propel O'Sullivan back into the frame. First down, Mark Selby leads 1-0.
