Mark Williams progressed to the semi-finals of the China Open with a 5-1 win against Shaun Murphy on Friday.
In the fourth frame of the match, Williams found himself in a little bit of bother. Murphy had placed the cue ball close to the baulk cushion with a red just about available.
Rather than take the conventional route, Williams got creative, hitting a one-handed shot off the cushion which potted the red.
It was a shot which Williams appeared to take a look at beforehand and, as pointed out in commentary, he didn't raise his hand afterwards to acknowledge a fluke. Though, after the match on Twitter, Murphy seemed to think otherwise.
One of the best shots I have EVER played to be fair .

Incredibly, the Eurosport commentary team appeared not to realise at the time that Williams had taken a one-handed shot.
Neal, you mean the expert commentators missed it? I'm not having that #shocker
