Neil Robertson won a thrilling Scottish Open final on Sunday night.
The Australian came back from 8-4 down against Chinese player Cao Yupeng to win 9-8. It was Robertson's first ranking title win since June 2016.
In the 16th frame, with Robertson's comeback in full swing, Cao produced a highly unorthodox shot, one with perplexed the Eurosport commentators and many others.
In 60 years of playing Snooker, I have never seen a shot played like the one Cao Yupeng played on @Eurosport_In the Scottish Open Final.

Holding the cue one-handed by the tip, the 27-year-old managed to touch the cue ball onto a nearby red.
Cao would come agonisingly close to winning the frame and the match. He missed on the black, allowing Robertson to sent the final to a deciding frame.
"That's a first"
Certainly unorthodox from Cao Yupeng! @Eurosport_UK #ScottishOpen pic.twitter.com/WnTawmpmwZ— World Snooker (@WorldSnooker1) December 17, 2017
