Munster faced a trip to Cardiff on Saturday knowing that they needed a win to keep up the pressure on the Ospreys who currently occupy top spot in the Pro 12.
It was always going to be a tough game with a youthful squad making the trip over to Wales, and the first half was a cagey affair that saw both sides enter for half-time with the score at 6-3 in favour of the hosts.
Cardiff were down to 14 men shortly into the second half as centre Willis Halaholo nearly took Andrew Conway's head clean off his shoulders with a reckless tackle, although the Munster man was quick to his feet and showed no signs of injury.
He's lucky, because this could have been a nasty one.
Feel like you've seen that before?
As is often the case, The Simpsons did it.
Thankfully Conway was unhurt, although Munster would soon concede a try to the 14 men of Cardiff before hitting back quickly through Francis Saili.
The rest of the second half was closely fought affair but Conor Oliver scored a late try to secure a 23-13 win. A great result for Munster.
