After the thrust of the Six Nations comes a return to provincial competition for Leinster's Irish internationals, although there will be little reduction in intensity as Wasps arrive at the Aviva Stadium for a Champions Cup quarter-final. Here's a quick run-down of where to watch Leinster v Wasps, kick off-times, and injury concerns.
Where to watch Leinster v Wasps
Saturday's game will be shown live on BT Sport 2, Sky Channel 409, or 431 if you are able to watch it in HD.
What time does coverage begin?
Coverage kicks off at 3pm on BT Sport 2.
What time is kick-off?
Kick-off at the Aviva is 3.15pm.
What are Leinster's injury concerns?
Leinster have a host of injury concerns, as is usual after the Six Nations: among the remaining quarter-finalists, only Glasgow Warriors supply more players to a team in the tournament that Leinster. Contrary to the conspiracy theories, Jamie Heaslip is in fact injured. He has undergone a procedure on his lower back, and is likely to miss much of the rest of the season, and is in a race to be fit for the closing weeks.
Rob Kearney is in a similar situation: the knee injury that forced him to miss Ireland's win over England has required surgery, and he will miss a similar period of action.
Joey Carbery is a potential replacement for Kearney at full-back, as is Isa Nacewa: the former played 15 against Cardiff in the Pro 12 last weekend.
Jack Conan is the expected replacement for Heaslip, although he has been struggling to shake off the calf injury which forced him to miss the Cardiff game. If he doesn't make it, Rhys Ruddock may wear the number 8 jersey.
Leinster should have Sean Cronin back from the hamstring injury which caused him to miss the Six Nations, however.
Are Wasps in good form?
They certainly are: they sit atop the Premiership table, five points clear of second-placed Exeter. They are the league's highest scorers, although they do concede quite a bit: they have the leakiest defence in the top five of the division.
They successfully navigated a pool featuring Connacht, Toulouse, and Zebre, losing just once: a 20-18 reversal away to Connacht.
Among their most recognisable names are Aussie Kurtley Beale and Springbok Willie Le Roux, along with English internationals James Haskell, Joe Launchbury, and Danny Cipriani. They have a couple of faces familiar to Leinster fans too, in Marty Moore and Jimmy Gopperth.
What awaits the winners?
A semi-final place against either Toulon or Clermont. Should Leinster qualify, they would face Toulon in Nice or Clermont in Lyon.
