If Ireland are going to salvage the series Down Under, they must win the second meeting with Australia in Melbourne this Saturday morning. Read on for details on where to watch Ireland vs Australia - the second test of the series in Melbourne.
Where to watch Ireland vs Australia?
The TV details are similar to last week: it is live on Saturday morning at 11am on Sky Sports Action.
Will Ireland make many changes?
There are likely to be a host of changes. Johnny Sexton is likely to return for Ireland, replacing Joey Carbery at out-half. Tadhg Furlong and Cian Healy are also expected to return to the front row, with Sean Cronin in contention to replace Rob Herring. Elsewhere, Dan Leavy will likely replace Jordi Murphy at 7, while Tadhg Beirne is in contention for his Irish debut in order to better compete with the Wallabies at the breakdown. He can play as either a lock or flanker, but given the Aussies' first Test supremacy on the floor, he may replace Peter O'Mahony at flanker.
Elsewhere, Keith Earls is an injury doubt having failed a HIA in the first Test, meaning Jordan Larmour or Andrew Conway could start in Melbourne. Garry Ringrose is expected to return too, with Bundee Aki most likely to make way.
Has last week affected Ireland's favourites tag?
Slightly. Whereas Ireland were one-point favourites last week, the Wallabies have that honour this weekend. Expect Ireland to be thrust out of the traps with fury, however, as Andy Farrell explained to the press this week. "Pretty well, pretty much as you'd expect a good side to take a defeat like that. They're pretty angry, grumbly, walking around like bears with sore heads".
So, a reminder on where to watch Ireland vs Australia - it is live on Sky Sports Action from 10.45am on Saturday morning, with kick off at 11am.
