Mack Hansen looks at home in an Ireland jersey.
After a brilliant debut last weekend, hopes were high that he would have a similar impact in Paris this afternoon. It didn't take long for him to get back into the swing of things.
France had a brilliant start to the game, with a Dupont try and Jaminet penalty giving them an early ten point lead. In truth, Ireland hadn't switched on at all.
However, Mack Hansen would help the team burst into life.
Mack Hansen scores strange Six Nations try in Paris
Joey Carbery would take the restart after the French penalty, launching the ball deep into the opposition half. It looked like the home team would safely gather the ball, but after a bit of miscommunication Mack Hansen would pop up out of nowhere to grab possession.
The Connacht man would then streak through for the try, with France not really sure what had just happened. You can watch the incident below.

Joy Carbery would then nail the resulting conversion.
Brilliant from Hansen, but it's difficult to tell what France were trying to do on this occasion.
This was the first international try from the 23-year old, arriving in only his second cap. We get the feeling that it certainly won't be his last.
