With a lot of talk about the future of Irish rugby at the wing/fullback position this week following Simon Zebo's omission from Joe Schmidt's squad, 20-year-old Jordan Larmour picked a great time to pop up with a moment of magic.
Having been brought on as a substitute for Noel Reid just three minutes into Leinster's provincial derby with Ulster on Saturday evening, Larmour wasted no time in grabbing the attention of all watching as he scored the first try of the game.
Larmour was passed the ball just inside the half-way line and within seconds he was touching the ball down between the posts after spotting a defensive mismatch, giving a step, and turning on the afterburners.
Tremendous pace. Iain Henderson didn't stand a chance.
The St.Andrews man has impressed since making his Leinster debut at the start of the season, and is certainly one to keep an eye out for over the rest of the campaign.
