Keith Earls is in the form of his life and it is a joy to watch. The Munster man has been exceptional for province and country this year, with numerous explanations offered for his recent consistency.
Ronan O'Gara recently explained the adjustment in his training techniques when praising him before Ireland v Italy, now Earls has elaborated on the mental adjustments he has made.
With Ireland currently preparing to welcome Scotland this week, Earls spoke today and told he has been working with celebrity magician and mentalist Keith Barry, while also confirming recent times have been the most he has enjoyed rugby since he was a child.
As captured by TV3, the Irish winger confirmed the help of Barry and sports psychologist Enda McNulty has been beneficial to his recent form.

Earls has become one of Joe Schmidt's most important figures and one of the few players in Irish rugby who can step off either foot. He attacks the turf, not the tackler. His current ability will be crucial for Ireland's chances come Saturday.
