If you were watching an absolute cracker of a match between Ireland and Wales in the U20 six nation championship, you could have been forgiven for missing a baffling moment that popped up as Ireland prepared to take a second half line-out.

The camera panned in and showed a young fella 'controlling' the players, and he wasn't doing a very good job as Ireland fell short due to an excellent Welsh second half performance.

"The players aren't doing what I'm telling them to do!" is a common complaint in FIFA, we're not sure it applies to actual rugby matches.
