Clondalkin Rugby Club may have failed to win their last home league game of the season last weekend, but their out-half was successful in scoring one of the best individual tries you'll see all year.
The chip over the top of an oncoming defence is a 50/50 move, but when ball is retained the move can be an effective weapon to gain some field position. However, to try it twice, back-to-back, and then touch down in the corner is another story entirely.
That is precisely what Mikey Russell did, in an outrageous solo break over and through Kilkenny RFC.
It's a pity there is no TOTM competition for Junior sides as this moment of brilliance from the @Clondalkin_RFC 10 would of been a shoo in@UlsterBankRugby @IrishRugby @LeinsterBranch @Dermotom pic.twitter.com/i6hfz0qc75

Junior rugby doesn't have a try of the month competition, which is perhaps a good thing as if it did, it would be hard for anything to compete with that.
