After the initial confusion surrounding the kit selection of both teams, the seperation in terms of performance was significant.
With three well taken penalties from Johnny Sexton, Ireland led the visiting South Africa 9-0 with 20 minutes gone.
As an Irish line-out developed into a maul, a slight bit of confusion about the whereabouts of the ball seemed to throw the altogether shaky Springboks.
Making its way back to Conor Murray, his box kick down the line had seemed to be safely gathered by the South Africans.
However, not giving up on it, Andrew Conway sneakily snatched the ball away before sprinting in for Ireland's first try of the evening.
In what can only be described as a 'yoink', Conway was in and out with the ball before South Africa had time to react.
An extremely promising first half for Ireland was made all the better with this wonderful effort.
You can watch the try below.
Ireland lead 14-0 at half time.
