As Johnny Sexton took his HIA leave following an accidental collision with Jonathan Davies' knee, we strangely had to sit through a succession of replays of the incident, as Wayne Barnes asked the TMO to check whether they have been foul play or not, in an indulgence in the bleedin' obvious.
With Sexton gone, Wales immediately exploited the void in Ireland's ten channel by running right down it with Jonathan Davies, before tossing the ball out to George North, who crossed for the opening try.
Oddly, the previously trigger-happy TMO did not call it back, as it looked like Rhys Webb had passed the ball forward to Davies in midfield. While the officials didn't check it, a lot of fans with Sky Plus did, and the ball definitely did seem to go forward.

Clutching at straws and complete Irish bias, but... forward pass by Webb? @RTErugby @IndoSport @ballsdotie pic.twitter.com/PtWhOPJpqD

Given that it was so obvious in real time, very strange that it wasn't called back.
