One brave Welshman decided to do the unthinkable. Wales under-20 player Elliot Dee had the temerity to perform the iconic dance in front of the entire New Zealand under-20 team.
The Newport Gwent Dragons prospect performed the Haka in the dressing room after a match against the Junior World Cup hosts. Luckily, the whole thing was captured by his teammate Luke Garrett.
Judging by the Kiwis’ reaction, they were in awe of the Welshman’s rendition of their pre-game ritual. Dee’s may play as a hooker, but his dance moves have all the confidence and grace off a winger.
